To be fair LBE seems to have been/be a lot more proactive in prosecuting traders who dump their waste on the pavement than LB Hounslow is. You do see reports of prosecutions in the local papers and in Press Releases on the Council website. I was referring more to sweeping the pavement and informing the Council when there is a problem with broken manhole covers and cable TV access covers etc. |
