I really do not understand what motivates someone to make such a post to the forum!  If you are witness to a crime and can identify the criminals, then your first duty is to inform the police.  If school-children are involved and you can identify the school, then surely, as Sara pointed out, the first thing to do is to contact the school directly. To 'name and shame' in this manner could be defamatory; do you have evidence that this was a drug deal?  Do you have evidence that the address is the location of a known dealer?  If they were students of a school in school uniform, then they are minors and the law is very specific with regard to anonymity in such a case.  What did you hope to achieve?  To take this action smacks of scandal-mongering and is dangerous and, quite frankly, not at all helpful to anyone.
