This might be a bit more Ealing-centric, but there's also Nemos Cafe in Ealing Common tube station.
A few weeks back, having left the house bemoaning the lack of decent coffee & pastries nearby, I headed to the post office only to step off the tube to the delicious scent of fresh coffee & pain au chocolat.
I had a little chat with the owner and took home two of the nicest lattes & p-au-choc that I've had for a while; I work in South London, where you can barely move without tripping over a bijou neighbourhood cafe every 100 yards (oh no, I'm not bitter AT ALL), so it's nice to find something a little closer to home! |
