| It's because they HATE you for asking tricky questions - and worse for poking fun in your parking agony aunt persona over the Zone K1 debacle. I'd hate you too if I were the council. And any advertising here is presumably not being spent on "Around Ealing" so you're the competition as well. So only a Council with very high principles would send you the draft proposals. Ovvie (as my daughter would say) One with even higher aspirations to democracy and promoting good communications with all its citizens might send you material early, answer your questions AND pay for a little advertising. But that's asking a lot! |
