| The new Atlantic Fish Bar on Churchfield Rd opened yesterday and to everyones delight do proper fish and chips, not the fish made to look like cod stuff that other places do. The inside is clean and it is well staffed, and yesterday and today their food is on sale at half price, so if you're looking for a Pukka Pie, cornish pastie, saveloy or a nice piece of cod, rock, plaice etc then give them a try. They do have more on offer than the chipshop near Morrisons and also do kebabs and burgers. It's about time Acton had a proper fish and chip shop, Tonys on Horn Lane is great also but too far to go from Acton Central. |
