| Well it depends where you want the people that provide public sector services to live, given this Government of many failures has spectacularly failed to address the housing crisis. High density is required to lower the cost, because let's face it, W3 is not an address that is capable of attracting the denizens that will be able to pay for a small scale development, given the underlying cost of the site purchase. |
