| I did phone their head office a couple of weeks ago and spoke to a lady named Jenny in customers service, she looked into it and found out that head office knew nothing about it. From what Luca told me the manager did sign to say he had received the petition, it was the under manager whor originally wrote to Luca after the unfounded complaints. Harrods even have the Big Issue sellers outside their door but then they have no forecourt. I would have thought if Harrods did object then some bye law would have appeared quickly. None of the other supermarkets have no qualms about the sellers on their forecouts. |
