| Dee. Someone has to pay for the freeze in council tax this year and it is the small business that is paying for it. Was talking to an accountant today who agreed that the small business is being 'strangled' unlike the big institutions who are bailed out to the tune of millions/billions of pounds of tax-payers money. But that's another story isn't it............ |
