Now that we have new shops such as TK Maxx, LIDL and B&M opening later this month, perhaps it is time to make the shopping experience more welcoming. Maybe a few benches and the addition of pots of ferns, real or artificial, would surely improve The Oaks and hopefully increase visitors. So much could be done without great expense to be much more inviting for customers. Comparing The Oaks with Livat in Hammersmith, also Hammersmith Station there is like chalk and cheese! The atmosphere and shopping experience can make such a difference!
