If it ever happens Network Rail do not need the whole site occupied by Builders Depot. For the permanent access point they propose using a piece of Crown Property, this land is behind the Car Wash on Horn Lane, and borders Lynton Road. Currently the only complainant remaining (part from Builders Depot)is in Lynton Court.
The temporary and permanent track access points will be via the Builders Depot entrance, this may require removal of some racks that Builders Depot has installed, but it will not need the entire site. |
