| Acton has the least public open green space in the borough less than 0.6hec per 1000 people. To remove a substantial part of this space from the community, many of whom do not have gardens at the height of the summer is CRUEL. It is also exclusive, entrance only available for those who can afford to pay. This should have been put to the community first - why do we have Your Voice Your Town and a Community Charter if not to consult with the community before taking away their space. |
