| I think this is going to be a new six storey 'apart-hotel' with 100 rooms and a cafe on the ground floor. I haven't heard anything about a delay due to contamination which I thought was mainly related to petrol stations rather than service garages. Permission was granted last August but any delay is more likely to be due to financial/market reasons. |
