Does anybody know if there is actually any parking enforcement going on in the borough at the moment? We've been finding it increasingly difficult to park in our road. There is building work going on but I'm suspicious that there is some commuter parking taking place. I haven't seen a yellow ticket on a vehicle for ages or one of the traffic wardens buzzing around on a moped with L plates.
