| Thanks Chris. Alas, no response to my email request and the phone line seemed dead; wonder if they're still trading. I ended up using Glotech (link here: https://www.glotechrepairs.co.uk/locations/west-london/acton-appliance-repairs.php), engineer came round the next day. Call out charge was £89.95. Turned out one of the parts needed to fix my machine is not available as my dishwasher is so old, but the guy who came round seemed to know his stuff and at least gave me the bad news quickly. |
