| Only went there last week (Barclays day as my bank) and very disappointed as only one Barclays person (they need at least two) and they were clogged up helping a person open an account. Post Office staff very helpful but they cannot answer Barclays related queries. I was first in queue waiting and left after nearly 30 minutes waiting by when there were 4/5 people waiting behind me! Have filled in the survey as requested even though after your deadline. |
