| It’s not Love Street app’s fault. The company would receive a report back from the council/contractor confirming that the rubbish was collected, which is a complete lie. I tend to re-submit the complaint again via the app and take a brand new picture via the app as it shows date and time, as well as state in the complaint that this was a re-submission where the job was closed yet it clearly is not. It is evidence for the app provider to show the council or contractor their lies - just keep reporting until the rubbish is cleared |
