| Has anyone ever actually got through to a person at Perceval House. I have tried their number and just go around in circles with automated voices. All I am trying to do is change my car on my permit - the online service does not make sense and it is not clear whether it has noted the change or not. I am beginning to wonder if this is a deliberate ploy by Parking Services to make it is as difficult as possible so they get extra revenue with parking tickets! Ealing Council used to be very good but now it seems the machines have taken over! |
