| see emails below: I write with reference to a planning application for North Acton Playing Fields which has come to Central Ealing Neighbourhood Forums attention 181424FUL, on behalf, I believe, of Mr Asai. I understand that the LBE has grated a lease for Mr Asai for part of North Acton Playing fields. In order to understand the planning application better, please could you provide the length of the lease and the amount paid for this lease. This information is pertinent with regards to the planning application in that how can residents be expected to make a considered support or objection for a planning proposal without relevant information? And reply Thank you for your email. The council agreed that the lease could be assigned from the previous tenant to Mr Asai. The existing lease expires on 28/09/2022. The rent is current subject to a rent review; and I am not clear that it is particularly pertinent to the planning application. so they already have a lease on the site from around April 2018 There may well be a covenant but Ealing ignore them, see Victoria Hall issue at the Tow Hall. |
