Britain is now the fat man of Europe.  We need to learn more about our food and be more thoughtful about what we buy our children to eat.

The trolley-loads of sweet cereals without traffic light warnings to give a quick parental warning was interesting as was the amount of sweet cereal the children in the film were eating. Portion size is important.  Yet the cereal companies of course want us to eat more of their products.

Two-thirds of us are now overweight.
