| When putting a flat roof on my extension, my builder sub contracted the work to Top Seal (easy to find their website). They install fibreglass roofing. It comes with a 25 year guarantee. It's built with a standard slope of 4 degrees, although they claim to be able to do it at any angle required. It costs about £70 per square metre; you may get a better deal as I had a fairly small area to be covered. This is the most expensive solution, but I've seen too many dodgy flat roofs to cut costs on this. Mine's only been in 3 years, but no signs of any deteriation to date. |
