| A few years ago with the help of the council I got those Euro bins for Lynton Court. Previously there were about six dust bins. Also the grotty HSS shop never cleans its frontage either. I threatened publicity in the summer and they had a tidy up but have done nothing since. For them it's a once a decade thing. A note saying you have seen rats often has results. |
