| Stallholders are really upset that the Mount is not cleaned before they set up for Thursday, Friday or Saturday markets. It looks pretty soiled at the moment but apparently they have had to deal with vomit and (fresh) human cr*p recently. Yet our councillors apparently quashed any discussion of this at the Ward Forum on Wednesday - didn't hear it myself as I had got so fed up that I had to leave. Why would cleaning the Mount before - say 0600 - and after the market not be a priority if you want it to thrive? |
