| The Tories are paying the price for bulldozing through unpopular measures like the redevelopment of Ealing town centre where they seemed happy to approve every high rise proposal that developers could think of, and expanding schools like Derwentwater which don't want to be expanded. It's a pity really because on the whole it's been a well run council for the last 4 years. Hope the next council learns this lesson (judging from Labour's last long period in power, I don't have very high hopes of that) |
