| I'd like to echo Sara's reminder about the open meeting on the 25th (with a tiny AGM attached). I've also been attending the Town Hall regeneration consultation 'events' (as the rep for the Acton Business Forum) and there has been much food for thought in what we've seen and been told. It's also really important for us to continue to show how passionate those living in Acton feel about this important part of our town. If the powers-that-be feel that interest is waning, they will simply do what is easiest (and cheapest) for them to do. Oh, and also on the 25th you'll have a chance to sample - for free! - some of the wonderful food available from Kalinka's and L'Oriental, two of Churchfield Road's best restaurants. |
