| I'm all for improving the public realm but given how hard up the council always say they are, is it really necessary to spend money on floodlights for the tennis courts? Is there that much demand for playing tennis in the evenings in the park in winter? And can't we give nature just a little break by allowing some darkness for the birds at night? |
