| I wondered if anyone has heard of this scheme: https://www.gov.uk/rent-room-in-your-home/the-rent-a-room-scheme It means you can earn £7,500 a year tax free from renting out a room. I have a sensible, tidy, quiet, pleasant Eritrean refugee staying with me who would like to move on to rent under the scheme. He has a job at Nando’s and is studying data analysis as well. Good English. Anyone interested? |
