| Hi, You probably don't need an expert. Your dad must change his email account password immediately and enable the 2-step verification (how this is done depends on who his email account is with. For Google: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-MpaI7MS3_o and for Microsoft: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/account-billing/how-to-use-two-step-verification-with-your-microsoft-account-c7910146-672f-01e9-50a0-93b4585e7eb4) If he has lost his access to his email account, he will need to contact whoever is providing the service. You also need to make sure that the latest updates are installed for his computer, tablet and/or mobile phone. It would also be worth downloading and running Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=9905 and Malwarebytes https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download or similar. |
