We're offering FREE 6 week fitness and health programmes in partnership with Ealing Fit Club and other community fitness providers at St Mary's Church Hall. Movement on The Mount is here to help every woman in Acton (W3) find their movement groove. Whether you're a a busy carer, a grandmother aged 65+, or if you simply feel a bit shy about starting – this space is for you. Our goal is simple: to build confidence, break down barriers, and make fitness fun for everyone, regardless of income, background, or ability. Programmes will change every six weeks, so if you don't see something suitable for you this term, make sure you follow us as we will be bringing you a variety of FREE options over the next 12 months. Our first two FREE 6 week programmes are: EveryWoman - A holistic Core and Pelvic Floor Restore course for all women who want to strengthen their pelvic floor and core. On Monday mornings from 10/11 - 16/12 Seniors Fit Club - A Low impact strength and mobility classes for women aged 50+. On Tuesday mornings from 4/11 to 09/12 Let's move, laugh, and get stronger together!
