"Someone wanted feedback on the Post Office on Acton High Street? The man there is honestly a liability. He automatically adds With Signature to parcels and argues when you question it. He just had a massive go at me when I suggested he shouldn’t automatically add With Signature when I only asked for Tracked 24.

He handed me a leaflet saying “new prices as of today,” but when I pointed out a lower price, he snapped and said, “That’s the Parcelforce price, not Royal Mail.”

I won’t be using that branch again — he completely lost his temper, shouting at me over a £2 difference, with other customers listening. It was incredibly unprofessional and unnecessary."

Such a shame.
