Dutchman here. It's not so much veering to the hard right. It's a lot more complicated than that. We know Wilders because of his right wing stance on Muslims, yet Muslims have now voted for Wilders as well. Turms out he also has some left leaning policies. The vote share on the left increased as well. Turns out people in the Netherlands are tired of the same faces they have seen for 13 or 14 years and the incompetence that has come with it. The Netherlands will remain tolerant and easy going. As soon as Wilders starts on that, he'll be out |
