Hi - you don’t need consent to record names and addresses of customers for legitimate purposes such as providing services they have asked for / billing. if the customer indicated they no longer wanted these services or stopped using the services for a significant time you should delete the data.

You would in theory be obliged to give each customer a notice telling them what you’re doing with their data, etc., but I can’t imagine anyone being concerned about that if you are just going to use the data for the obvious purposes eg providing window cleaning services and billing.

You might need consent if e.g. you were going to send them marketing commmunications by email or text - then the law gets a bit more complicated.
