| The social impact on the surrounding area will be devastating. The lack of outside space for the existing residents is chronic... The poor facilities for families is higher in tower blocks than houses with outdoor spaces.. Ealing Council policy is to discourage driving this application has car parking spaces in the design. And what about the environmental impact, grid capacity and fire safety. Will these issues be addressed by the planning committee or will they just like always turn a blind eye and allow the application to be granted. In a recent article Labour MP Andrew Slaughter mentioned single staircase blocks in Ealing and the lack of thought to address this critical concern in the design stage and allow the planning permission. |
