https://www.zerowasteweek.co.uk The Food Waste Bin has mde a big change to our food waste.  Ealing was one of the first if not the first borough to roll these out.  We've changed how we've shopped and what we've bought and how we've stored our food and leaned some new recipes.  We haven't gone hungry and in fact we must have saved money because there is very little being thrown away in the FWB. We've reduced our food waste so that we don't even fill the small caddy most weeks. It's good too when businesses join in with their tips.  Yesterday I found a recipe from a well known vegetable delivery company in my in box for a broccoli pasta dish using cooked broccoli and reminding us to use the stalks (peel if the outside is very tough). One of our latest tries was making vegan chocolate mousse from aquafaba.
