| I used Gowing and Pursey for removal of a shed. Excellent service, punctual and competitive (still pretty expensive though). I used a caged van with 2 helpers. They do skips as well but the cost of a permit to put it on the street made it too expensive for us. G&P don't put them on your drive if you haven't a dropped curb as the weight of the lorry will crack the flagstones. I believe other operators are less scrupulous and will put them on your drive saving you about £100 but wrecking the pavement in the process. |
