| We had the same issue this Wednesday with the recycling bin. We have 2 bins and 1 was collected and the other was left behind. When I eventually got through to the human, I was told there is a new process and the collecting crew makes reports as they collect so there is an evidence in case us minions call and god helps us complain. I was told, if the bin/s are not out on the payment, it will not be collected. Case closed, gotta wait 3 weeks now. Utterly fed up. |
