It's lazy and inconsiderate. We are still supposed to be socially distancing at 2m if possible and 1m plus mask etc if you can't. Bins are not supposed to be left on the street and I think we should all ask the council to remind people. The Council did ask us for suggestions on how to make walking and cycling easier after all. |
