| One thing for objectors to be careful about, or risk having their objection ignored on a technicality, is that the downstairs part of the flat is a bedroom and en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) only. The majority of the living space is at ground level (with 2 small bedrooms at this level). So arguments about the "downstairs flat" being dark might be ignored as downstairs is proposed as a bedroom only. |
