Hi Donna,

Maybe I was just unlucky.  Had all my teeth out and implants top and bottom.  All well at first.  However, mid treatment, it started to go very wrong.  I was originally given a treatment plan but, when the dentist emailed my itinerary, they snuck an updated treatment plan with an extra £2000 added.  I immediately contacted them and was told that they did not anticipate my need for bone graft.  I pointed out that nothing had changed since my last visit and xray, so when did they 'realise' that I needed this extra treatment and why wasnt I told?  Meanwhile there is a gap between bridge and gum on one side.  When I raised this, I was informed that the lab technician said there was nothing they could do.  The dentist said that the only solution was to fit a new bridge and that they could give me 'a small discount'.  I only had this bridge fitted 18 months ago!!
I am toying with the idea of having the reat of the work done somewhere else as tbe dentist clearly thinks I am loaded!
