If you can collect paper signatures do let me know and I will get a copy to you.

The Goldsmiths Arms was a popular pub hosting many community events. It was the only wheelchair accessible function room in acton.  It served all sections of the community - families with young children and retired people.  The lovely beer garden was a great tonic for families who did not have access to a garden.  It was successful taking up to £30,000 per week.

Greene King paid  £774 million for 1200 Spirit Pubs in June 2015 - average of £645,000 then sold  Goldsmiths Arms for £3 million.  Nice return for shareholders.  The new owner will sell it on for much more once he has permission to demolish and build.  Once the Goldsmiths Arms is gone it is gone forever.  As we know property developers do not always build what they say they will.

The owner bought a pub we say he must open it and run it as a pub or sell it as a pub.

Together we can save the Goldsmiths Arms and protect our community assets for future generations.

Thank you for your support
