| So are there reduced areas, standards and regulations etc for student accommodation? Fewer affordable flats/flats ratio required? Then when approved what happens if there aren't enough students? Putting in cycle stands doesn't mean that students won't have cars. Do they have to sign up to not bringing a car into London as students have to at colleges in Oxford? |
