The asset of community value status given to the Goldsmith Arms only lasts six months. That is how long we have to find a buyer who will keep the pub its outbuildings and large garden as a going concern for locals. We know that at least one pub and a religious organisation was interested so various people have offered to contact brewery chains, and so on to rally interest.
