Ealing CCG are inviting residents to take part in a study day examining proposed models of Care for patients in the area. They are especially interested in recruiting residents with complex health and social care needs to tests these models. They would also like carers whether formal or informal to attend as they have a good eye for flaws in the systems.
I will be going as I am getting no younger myself and I keep an eye on a neighbour who is ninety one. Anyone interested, please pm me and I will send you the invitation. The date is January 15th. The venue is West Middx. Golf club in Greenford and the the day will last from 09.30 -04.30. Transport and care costs will be refunded and lunch will be provided. Who can spare the time?
