I have to wonder, is the Horn Lane Pollution "political"?? That is, it is widely accepted that it's a strongly supported Tory initiative, with very little or no input/help/support from Labour. So, nothing is done by the Labour controlled Council for "fear" that the Tories could/would get the kudos? Doesn't explain The Useless Environment Agency's attitude though. |
