Light Fixation specialises in high quality lighting restoration. We are a small and friendly team based in Shepherd’s Bush in West London.

A full-time role to help with the smooth-running of the business through office and retail administration. The role will include:
- General customer service in-store, online and over the phone
- Administration of customer orders
- Answering customer emails and taking email dictation for the Company Director
- Creating customer invoices, sending them to clients and taking payments
- Keeping the building tidy and organised
- Keeping our Light Fixation operating system up to date
- Reconciling card machine and petty cash daily
- Ordering office and workshop consumables, creating purchase orders, managing incoming deliveries and updating stock levels on our Light Fixation operating system
- Organising goods for dispatch (picking/packing/posting)
- Carrying out general office administration

Ideal Candidate
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability and confidence to talk to people of all levels of seniority
- Great attention to detail when typing and inputting data
- Ability to problem solve, multi-task, prioritise, manage own time and work effectively
- Highly motivated, hard-working and personable
- Happy to work as part of a small, dynamic team to help the business expand
- Previous experience in our sector is not needed but some experience in a commercial environment, ideally in an organisational role, is desirable
