Should there not be more concern about the approval of two new skycrapers in the South Acton area recently. The Acton Gardens development is a medium rise estate but these new buildings set a precendent for the area each described as a 'one off'. It seems all a developer has to do is promise some remedial works on nearby roads to get a free pass to ignore the local plan for the area.
